WIth regards to our recent trip to Chennai (3/9/2011-7/9/2011) we want you to know how pleased we are with the outstanding service provided by IPC, esp our tour leaders Hari & Kishore. They made the trip an enjoyable and memorable one for both the students and the teachers. They had excellent rapport with the students & teachers. It's a pleasure to work with people who know the meaning of efficiency.
I would also like to compliment Raven, the man behind the scene, on making our paper work and other logistic issues a breeze. Even though he didn't follow us on this trip, he made sure that all of us were well taken care of. Raven has consistently made extra efforts by working very closely with the teachers to tailor the tour according to our expectations. It is because of dedicated staff like Raven, Hari and Kishore that we remember IPC for a long time to come and we look forward to working with you again.

My daughter attended her school overseas field trip for 3D2N learning journey to kampung Pelengong, Negeri Sembilan. On the 1st day of the trip my daughter call me and describe her wonderful experince via her mobile. On the 2nd day i did not recieve any calls from her so out of curiosity i call her mobile but was unable to reach her, so being a mom i started to panic, it got worst when even her friends no. was out of reach so i called the ipc 24 hrs hotline and the staff at the end of the line inform me that it could be due to poor reception, he offered to try and get my daughter to call me and i must compliment that within 15 mins i receive a call from my daughter's . It meant so much to me, following that he followed up with an sms to check whether i have received a call from my daughter ! good job IPC ! Once again I would like to thank the staff who attend to my desperation immediately. Excellent service !!!
