IPC held its first-ever Educational Discovery Fair at the Inter-Continental Hotel Singapore on 24th October 2009. A host of participants took part in the 1-day event targeted at schools. One literally had to wade through a sea of people who attended with participants coming from various countries including Sri Lanka, Vietnam and Malaysia, each vying for the attention of the teachers and principals who were invited as special guests.
The also got the opportunity to mingle with the varioous tourist orgamziations that were present. Beside these, all invitees were treated to cultural performances from China, Vietnam and Malaysia while refreshments and Finger food was served. All who attended commented that theuy throrughly enjoyed the spectacular show that IPC had put up, addinig that they will be back 'in force', should IPC decide on hosting another Edu Fair in years to come.
